consultation & booking
Having a shared vision and concept is SOO important for your brand. For this reason, we love to meet with you in person or at least by Zoom. We'll get to know each other and chat about your business, brand and marketing needs to determine a suitable concept and vision for your session.
planning & preparations
With an agreed concept in mind, we will begin the planning and preparations - everything from a detailed timeline for the session, aquire the appropriate props, wardrobe, or additional items, hiring models and anything else that may be needed to accomplish the aesthetic you desire.
session day
The Day has arrived. At this point we have spoke at least 2-4 times to prepare for your day. We are committed to do everything we can to ensure your day is smooth, stress-free and fun according to all of our conversations prior to the day.
delivery
Once all of your images have been culled and edited, we will send you an online gallery to view and access your images.

how many images to we get?
Each session is personal to your business, your style, etc. Therefore, there is not an exact number. We will thoroughly photograph your products, food, location or concept, cull the images to best selection and deliver edited photos for you to use in whichever marketing capacity you need.
do you provide unedited images?
All of your images will be culled and fully edited prior to delivery. We do not provide un-touched RAW files. Additional editing is always available and will be accommodated to the best of our ability.
We love to travel and are happy to go anywhere with you for your celebrations. We do charge travel fees for any events outside of the Coachella Valley. The fees will be determined at the time of purchase and invoiced separately from your event contract.

If it is the Coachella Valley, there is a strong chance we have. But even if we have not, it won't affect your photos. We get extra excited at new venues! It reignites our creativity and inspiration. And we always do our research. If at all possible, we will scout the location prior to your day so that there are no surprises.
